Amanda Pragnell- retired diabetic practice nurse and Tracy Bonner– practice nurse from Little Common Surgery will host a question and answer session.
They are hugely experienced in diabetic care and wil be happy to answer you questions.
Discusion will focus around the role of a diabetic nurse and typical treatment. Annual diabetic review process status, how to help yourself, discuss a range of associated services, support and information.
