Bexhill Diabetes Support Group- Monthly Meeting September 2023

All welcome to our monthly meeting.
We have a different speaker each month, with a few favourite speakers returning and some interesting new speakers.Plenty of chat, a raffle and tea & biscuits.

ICDC Indegrated Community Diabetes Care- Adrian Lambert Senior Commissioning Manager – Planned Care,  Brighton and Hove and East Sussex NHS Sussex.  Adrian will be telling us all about this. An exciting initiative that we would like to know more about. Postponed from May 2023

ALSO Martyn Reynolds, Engagement Officer for One You East Sussex. They can help you get back to a healthier you, and support you to make simple changes towards a longer and happier life. They will provide tools, motivational support and encouragement every step of the way, to help improve your health right away.

A must attend if you can please.
There is plenty of time to ask and answer questions.
